Ampacet Europe has acquired the Polish masterbatch producer and distributor Sembodja as part of its expansion program in Central and Eastern Europe.

Ampacet Europe has acquired the Polish masterbatch producer and distributor Sembodja as part of its expansion programme in Central and Eastern Europe.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, Sembodja (now Ampacet Polska) is the distributor of Ampacet masterbatches in the Polish market utilising warehouses based in Warsaw, Poznan and Micholow.

Besides a full range of Ampacet masterbatches, Polyolefinic and Styrenic polymers are also distributed from local stocks.

Ampacet Polska is equipped with three manufacturing lines and a fully equipped laboratory for small-lot custom colour masterbatches and compounds, primarily servicing film, extrusion and moulding applications.

The acquisition of Sembodja expands Ampacet's reach into the Central and Eastern European thermoplastic masterbatch market and emphasises its commitment to providing customers with better service and more value-added products.

This Ampacet Europe acquisition is part of a global strategic plan providing customers with a dependable single source for all of their masterbatch needs.
