Tiny 8mm motor amomngst new product introductions
Portescap's new products include a tiny 8mm diameter motor which delivers 50% more torque than other motors of similar size, and a range of miniature planetary gearboxes
This motor combines both the reliability and proven performance of the tried and tested DC Ironless technology.
The main benefit of the new motor is its power to size ratio.
The 08G motor produces between 30 * 50% more torque than other motors of the same length.
It produces power's upto 0,7 W with a speeds upto 11'600 r/min.
A wide range of coils, output shafts and planetary gearboxes are available as optional extras, which compliment the range.
The motor is available in two lengths, the shorter version is 16 mm in length and the longer version is 19 mm in length.
The NEW R010 gearbox, (diameter of 10 mm and a torque of 0,1 Nm) is ideally suited to this motor.
If space / size are a problem in an application and high power is what you require, then look no further than the 08G.
This motor is ideally suited to market segments / applications such as; Medical (e.g peristaltic pumps and infusion pumps), semiconductor, security (e.g electric locks and CCTV cameras), and models.
