Designed for testing SCRs and power diodes, the Model M3K portable tester tests both reverse current leakage and gate triggering on SCRs and uses 110V AC power

Designed for testing SCRs and power diodes, Model M3K tests both reverse current leakage and gate triggering on SCRs.

This portable tester can be used by maintenance personnel to test suspect power semiconductors in their equipment.

This unit uses standard 110 Volt AC power and weighs only six pounds.

The M3K tester incorporates a phone jack for connection to an oscilloscope for observation of the reverse leakage vs voltage on the X-Y plot.

The tester performs all tests per JEDEC IC 22, RS397 and test standards for SCRs.
