In addition to the product catalogues available for download from Applied Automation's site, help is at hand to aid the design process with access to the CAD library.
Locating a source of information that is both accurate and reliable can be difficult, though the internet has certainly made it easier to find that piece of information that you have desperately been seeking.
Applied Automation, leaders in aluminium profile system technology, have made themselves a key source for product and application data for projects involving aluminium profile systems.
To help achieve this they have created an online data library to cover the key information required every day by hundreds of designers and engineers enabling them to carry out their work most effectively.
The data library covers three factors including catalogues, pre-defined 3D CAD models and product application news.
The product catalogue online library includes the latest information on subjects such as: protective barriers - which includes information on the application of aluminium profile for use as close proximity guarding and perimeter guarding system; linear systems and conveyor systems - detailing pre-defined conveyor and slide technology; core product catalogue - which details the extensive range of aluminium profile including the many profile type, their application and the multitude of preferred accessories; and CAD library guide - a multi-lingual document detailing all the complete list of 2D and 3D symbols available through the CAD library portal.
In addition to the product catalogues available for download from the site, help is at hand to aid the design process with access to the CAD library being provided through a portal on the site.
The CAD library extends to cover both 2D drawings and 3D models in nearly every native CAD format, making the designers life as easy as possible.
