Chinese office to enhance local research

ARC has strengthened its presence in China by opening a new office in Shanghai.
When Andy Chatha, President of ARC Advisory Group, returned from an extensive business trip to China, he said: "China's dynamic industrial growth demands experience, analysis and strategy to lower risk and achieve the potential for extraordinarily positive business results".
"ARC's services for automation, plant systems, logistics, and supply chain strategies are a particularly good fit".
ARC has had offices in Asia since 1997 and the company's research has covered China for many years.
ARC has experienced significant escalation in its business in this geography with excellent prospects for the future.
To help its clients better understand the business opportunities in China, ARC has opened an office in Shanghai, China.
Bin Zhou has joined the company as Business Development Manager, ARC China Office, to lead the new office in Shanghai.
He will be providing leadership for ARC's client activities in China, and guidance for ARC's research in specific client projects.
Zhou is well suited for this position as his entire career, including his major in college, has a focus in the manufacturing disciplines.
Prior to joining ARC, Zhou was deeply involved with software systems for GE Fanuc, Intellution and Wonderware.
His experience also includes Shanghai Syslink Automation Systems, United Power/Bangze and the Shanghai Institute of Process Automation Instrumentation (SIPAI).
Zhou earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in process automation at the Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering.
