Automotive recruitment on the up

An Advanced Resource Managers product story

ARM Automotive Recruitment has revealed record profits for the latest quarter, signalling a significant upturn in employment for the European automotive industry.

In the week that saw the launch of the World Car Awards at the International Auto Show in Canada, ARM Automotive Recruitment announced record profits for the quarter, signalling a significant upturn in employment for the European automotive industry.

Both permanent and contract employment increased by almost 50%, demonstrating that the future for automotive engineers looks bright.

Automotive Manager Nick Day attributed the current success of ARM Automotive to its close links with the industry, which has meant it was perfectly placed to respond to the increased demand for specialist staff, and stated: "We are delighted to see such growth in the automotive sector, particularly after such an uncertain time with automotive employment at the end of last year.

Now is the time for workers in the industry to be assessing and developing their skills, and looking for the next step in their career development".

With the inaugural Car of the Year Award to be announced in February 2005, perhaps the UK automotive industry is looking for a positive result, and is shaping up for a stronger and more competitive future.

ARM looks forward to supporting these efforts with expert recruitment solutions.
