Armagard buys Guardian Safety Products
Portasilo Ltd has sold its Guardian Safety Products and much of its Portastor High Security Products business to PC Enclosure manufacturer Armagard Ltd.
Portasilo Ltd has sold its Guardian Safety Products and much of its Portastor High Security Products business to PC Enclosure manufacturer Armagard Ltd The products, all of which will be branded as Guardian, are seen by the Wokingham-based firm as synergistic with its core business
Both product ranges have a reputation for quality and have widespread acceptance across the UK industrial sector.
The divestment enables Portasilo to focus on its burgeoning Portastor Communications business.
