This unique measuring device has been explicitly designed for use in areas where high measurement frequency and high dynamic measurement range are required.
The state-of-the-art technology of the instrument ensures a cost-effective application in production areas and contributes to higher production yields.
The uPhase smartgage allows an accurate digital assessment of surface deviations of flat, spherical and aspheric optics such as camera lenses for mobile phones or digital cameras.
It allows speedy pass/fail indication and quick analysis of PV, RMS and ISO coefficients, delivering certified measurement results in unchallengeable data quality.
The latest addition to the uPhase product family from Fisba Optik is easy to use.
At just the touch of a button or by selecting the measurement option via the PDA touch screen, a measurement is initialised and the analysis results become visible on the display within seconds.
In addition two LED lights immediately indicate whether or not the test sample lies within predetermined tolerances.
The uPhase smartgage has a built-in Ethernet interface for easy transfer of measurement data to a corporate network, and additionally has a USB port enabling measurement results to either be stored or transferred to other PCs with USB data sticks.
With its small footprint, its insensitivity to vibration and its robust design, this stand-alone metrology instrument can be placed almost anywhere, even in rough workshop environments or next to manufacturing machine, and thanks to its integrated PDA no additional computer or screen is required for operation.
The uPhase Smartgauge comes pre-installed with the uSmart software package, available in three versions: Basic, Standard and Advanced.
