New short form catalogue from Asco Joucomatic is a single source for all process valve requirements.
Innovative pneumatic cylinders are ultra-compact
Asco Joucomatic's new compact PEC cylinders are designed with innovative flat end caps and female piston rods which reduce their volume by a massive 65%, compared to an equivalent standard cylinder
The TUB slides are offered in bore sizes from 10mm through 25mm, and in strokes from 25mm to 200mm, with or without magnetic detectors.
Intended for robotic, machine loading and pick and place tasks, they provide high precision guiding with a system comprising of four rows of ball bearings.
The slides operate without rod rotation over short or long strokes and are designed to facilitate installation in the smallest possible space.
The TUB units offer the maximum in installation flexibility.
The user can choose to work with either a moving or stationary carrier bracket.
In the former configuration flanges are supplied to allow the carrier rail end caps to be bolted to a datum surface.
In the latter, the carriage itself is fixed to the datum and the carrier endcaps, with mobile flanges, undertake load movement.
In either case shock absorbers are available to absorb impulses and noise, and adjustable end stops guarantee smooth movement termination.
A major benefit resulting from the TUB' slides mounting versatility is that three different air supply options are offered.
These include supplying the carrier bracket itself, or the two endcaps on the carriage guide rails.
This choice also extends into the positioning of magnetic detectors on the unit, with both rail and carrier mounted options available.
In common with all units in ASCO Joucomatic's actuator/slide range, the TUB units offer users the flexibility of operating on either unlubricated or lubricated air or neutral gas.
The operating pressure range for the slides is from 2 to 7 bar, and the temperature range from +50C to +600C. Request a free brochure from Asco Numatics ...
