New magnetoresistive non-contact position sensor
The Posimag position sensor uses a compact non-contact sensor head which moves above a magnetic strip; it is robust and fast, and has high resistance to dust, moisture and many fluids.
Posirot sensors include a new generation of contact-free and wear-free 360-degree position sensors with a typical resolution of 0.1 degrees.
These industrial-grade sensors are housed in a rugged stainless steel enclosure rated up to IP69K.
The new Positilt magnetic inclinometer uses an innovative magnetic sensor that is capable of measuring +/-180 degrees in a robust housing that is also rated up to IP69K.
Both sensor series have been tested to withstand 100g shocks and 20g vibration and offer either an analogue current or voltage output.
The sensors may be ordered with custom measurement ranges in 15 degree increments.
The new catalogue also includes an overview of the wide range of ASM WS cable actuated sensors, Posimag magnetoresistive and Posichron magnetostrictive position sensors that are suitable for use in many factory automation and test and measurement applications.
