Device combines a small mechanical ball motion sensor with digital electronics.

The PD6005 from Assemtech is a device that combines a small mechanical ball motion sensor with digital electronics.

The sensor provides transformation of the random impedance input signal to a corresponding digital output voltage signal and is designed for a permanent installation onto a PC board.

Benefits include: wide range of power supply voltages and output digital signal voltages; high reliability; water and air proof construction; and TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, CMOS compatible output.

PD6005 applications include: machine control and process monitoring; real time motion monitoring; motion triggered wake-up; industrial and scientific feedback application.
