Zero-maintenance brushless motors are ideal for peristaltic pump applications, where the simple concept of peristalsis - requiring no valves, vanes and impellers - means the motors' cost-efficient repeatability offers a keen competitive edge.

In innumerable applications, where leak-free pumping of solution is demanded, very accurate deliveries of product are achievable and repeatable over long periods of time.

For this reason the LS-B Series Brushless Servo Motor from Astrosyn has been designed as the prime mover.

Its simple construction and lack of brushes provide for a long, maintenance-free lifespan.

Available in Nema size 23, 34 and 42 frames or with servo flanges, these motors offer peak torques from 0.35 Nm to 18 Nm.

A range of matched Brushless Drives provides excellent speed and braking control, and as both motors and drives are designed for OEM applications they provide some of the most cost-effective solutions available anywhere.
