Forecast to be the largest ever gathering of Autodesk users in the UK, this year's Autodesk UK User Conference is being held on 2nd November 2005 at the Novotel London West Hotel, Hammersmith.

Forecast to be the largest ever gathering of Autodesk users in the UK, this year's Autodesk UK User Conference is being held on Wednesday 2nd November 2005 at the Novotel London West Hotel, Hammersmith The event, which is being sponsored by Hewlett Packard, is designed to enable customers develop and enhance their relationship with Autodesk and its technologies

Customers from the manufacturing industry will be joined by users from across the complete Autodesk spectrum, including the building and infrastructure industries, to learn more about getting the best out of their investment in Autodesk technology.

Among the speakers will be Autodesk CEO, Carol Bartz, who will discuss the future strategy of Autodesk including its continuing emphasis on 3D and data management technologies designed to help users create, manage and share design data.

Breakout sessions specifically for the manufacturing customers will highlight the key business benefits of moving from 2D to 3D, how to improve productivity with practical data management and how to extend Autodesk Inventor's productivity by using Functional Design techniques.

"This year's conference will be an excellent opportunity for all users to enhance their day-to-day and overall productivity, build on their skills and get advice first-hand from Autodesk development and technical support experts - as well as from other Autodesk users themselves", said Mark Paraskeva, Autodesk Vice President, Northern Europe, who will also be speaking at the event.
