Software from Ateq enables easier control of leak testing through storage of an unlimited number of test programmes, each with their own test parameters linked to a product reference

Advanced Data Management (ADM) software has been developed by Ateq, leading suppliers worldwide of Quality Control production testing systems, to enable easier control of leak test programmes and collection of test data via PC The ADM system enables storage of an unlimited number of test programmes, each with their own test parameters linked to an appropriate product identification reference

Operator selection of the product reference, or use of an optional barcode reader, sends the correct programme to the test instrument and initiates the test.

In turn, test parameters are memorised by the instrument and the operator only needs to select a new product reference at the start of a new product batch.

Test results are transmitted back to the PC and stored by product type with time/date log, and can be printed by type or date.

Ateq UK's strategic relationship with Powerway, a leading provider of performance management solutions, affords an optional value-add to the main ADM solution.

Powerway SPC software has an optional interface to Ateq test instrumentation specially developed by Powerway Integration Services, which can be used to collect data and produce a wide range of online, real-time statistical analyses, graphs and reports.
