longer
The Faba Longlife range of bellows sealed process globe valves extends the conventional "maintenance-free" concept to a higher level of "maintenance free for even longer".
The Faba Longlife range of bellows sealed process globe valves, manufactured by ARI Armaturen, has been developed to extend the conventional "maintenance-free" concept to a higher level of "maintenance free for even longer" This, coupled with their claims for "zero energy loss - zero pollution operation", can have positive advantages on plant efficiency and running costs as well as environmental protection issues

Control valves for long life and high performance
The latest 470 series control valves from ARI Armaturen offer quality, flexibility, reliability and long life, while forming a useful addition to the product range
Typical applications for these isolation and regulating valves cover a wide range of general industrial and process liquid and gas applications including: steam and condensate vapour; hot and cold water systems; compressed air and other gases, including ammonia; hot oil systems; and process products, including toxic and thermal fluids.
The products, which can be manufactured as silicon-free, have also been approved by automotive manufacturers for use in paint shops.
The stainless steel bellows-seal of the Faba Longlife valves has a double-wall construction which, combined with an innovative lubricating device and a fine thread closure spindle ensures long, trouble-free operation.
The higher closing forces obtained also ensure leakproof performance, preventing health and environmental hazards associated with loss of process products, particularly high temperature fluids often in excess of 300C.
Continuous research and development in the product range has resulted in a wide choice of models, materials, sizes and connections.
Body materials include CI, SGI and carbon steel in straight, angled and inclined patterns.
Sizes DN15 to DN400 can be supplied to both DIN and ANSI standards with flanged, socket and butt weld connections.
Numerous options include stroke limiters and locking handwheel covers to suit a wide range of application requirements.
Nearly five million of these Faba Longlife valves have been supplied worldwide, and the products are also DVGW approved and meet the requirements of TA-Luft, the German Technical Directive on air quality control. Request a free brochure from ARI Armaturen (UK) ...
