Automation Products has released the latest version of its flagship SCADA software, Citect version 5.30.
Ross has spent the last 18 years in various executive roles with the world's power and control leader, Schneider Electric.
As Executive General Manager of Schneider Electric Australia, Ross was in charge of Schneider's Australian operations and responsible for revenue, totalling over AU $250 million.
Commenting on his new appointment at Citect, Ross said: "I am very excited to be taking on this role".
