Autotype International has completely redesigned its website to incorporate an innovative and exciting comment area in which end users will be able to exchange information and best practice on the entire Autotype product range The new website also features the latest Autotype news and product releases, dealer information and product details

Although the previous website contained over 5000 documents and attracted around 4000 visitors every month, Maurizio Fantato, Marketing Communications Manager at Autotype, said he expects the new version to be even more enticing.

"The whole website is being constantly evolved to reflect new market requirements, technology launches and customer feedback.

The new comment area will provide an enhanced interactive experience and should encourage greater communication between end users, dealers and ourselves".

Fantato revealed that there are already plans to expand the new section so that dedicated chat and virtual-library areas are accessible to end users who specialise in specific printing applications.

"This area", he went on, "will subsequently be linked to our virtual training centre, which will be hosting an inaugural event in June".

Apart from providing an online discussion forum, the new website catalogues the complete Autotype product range including the Capillex photostencil film, Omega Fast polyester offset plates and Sigma Graf inkjet media.

The website is also an excellent resource for Autotype dealer information - including website links - and case studies looking at specific application areas.

"We aim to lead our sector by providing our dealers and end users with a number of tailor-made e-solutions", Fantato concluded.

"This is an on-going process and later this year we will be experimenting with another new initiative.

The online integrated technical service will allow customers from various geographical regions to have continuous access to live support". Request free introductory details about products from MacDermid Autotype ...
