In particular, Autoflex HiForm and XtraForm can be used in conjunction with Formech's IMD660 vacuum forming machine that has been specially developed for the IMD process.
The Autoflex range has been designed to simplify the production process by reducing the number of manufacturing stages and streamlining part production in a range of applications.
Autoflex HiForm and XtraForm allow intricate graphics to be reproduced on 3D components such as mobile phone lenses, appliance fascias and automotive interior parts.
Autoflex HiForm has been developed for moderate form depths and features an ingenious self-healing coating that is designed to repair itself when scratched.
Autoflex XtraForm has been specially designed for deep draw IMD applications where maximum draw and extra hardness is required.
