Family of compact belt conveyors combines motorised conveyor rollers with an aluminium profile frame.
Now on offer from Automation Supplies is a family of small compact belt conveyors based on motorised conveyor rollers with an aluminium profile frame.
These belt conveyors have no external motor, thereby offering the user an ultra low profile conveyor belt for integration with machines and other applications where space is at a premium.
The thickness of the conveyor frame on the smallest conveyor family is just 20mm.
The T-slots on the outside edge of these aluminium extrusion based belt conveyors can be fitted with slot nuts to allow easy connection to other equipment and aluminium profile based machine frameworks.
The motorised conveyor rollers used are smooth, quiet and offer transport of products with very little vibration.
There are four conveyor types with widths available from 20 to 160mm.
A wide choice of conveyor belts is available, with speeds from 2 to 20m/min, depending on conveyor type selected.
