Self-adhesive films placed without
bubbles
AccuPlace has developed a method for placing virtually any kind of self-adhesive film absolutely bubble free.
No matter which kind of self-adhesive tape you are using, bubbles in the adhesive are always a problem - sometimes just for cosmetic reasons, more often however for important functional reasons, as bubbles in the adhesive might interrupt connections or not seal perfectly, and so cause waste This now can be avoided: AccuPlace, in addition to its patented pick and peel technology for and kind of adhesive foils or tapes, has developed a method to place virtually any kind of self-adhesive film absolutely bubble free

Ultimate in belt cleaning technology claimed
Ace Arc has recently been appointed as sole UK distributor for Dirt Whacker belt cleaning equipment, claimed as the ultimate in belt cleaning technology
Today self-adhesives are used for a broad range of applications such as seals, gaskets, lids, protection covers, double side-adhesives, name plates, labels etc for the production of mobile phones, hard disk drives, automotive components, medical components or industrial applications.
These adhesives often challenge the placement with various criteria: they can have large surfaces or be odd shaped and die-cut, can be single or double sided, either really thin and fragile - such as transfer tapes - or thick and rigid; and have to be placed very accurately onto basically any kind of target part.
Due to a very specific chuck design now the placement of any type of film onto any type of target part is possible not only up to +/-0.001in but also absolutely bubble free even three-dimensionally.
