Autoclude Pumps is now a division of Verder, a move that is designed to strengthen the position of both companies in the forefront of the peristaltic pump market.
'With virtually no product overlap, the Autoclude brand represents an attractive complement to the products in our liquids division,' said Andries Verder, chief executive officer of the Verder Group.
In its new manufacturing unit in Basildon, Essex, the company manufactures three ranges of peristaltic pumps.
These are aimed at the general industrial, the scientific and the OEM markets.
Autoclude-Verder also differentiates itself by the design and manufacture of special pumps.
Its applications knowledge and production investment provides a resource for OEMs and systems integrators alike to specify pumps with non-standard characteristics.
Autoclude-Verder has implemented programmes to bring sustained order and efficiency to the workplace and the initiative includes process improvement through kaizen, value-stream mapping and quality control.
The success of these procedures has led to them being replicated in other Verder manufacturing sites.

Autoclude offers range of OEM pumps
The Verderflex Autoclude OEM range of peristaltic pumps are specified for diverse applications from precise dosing of surgical instrument disinfectant to the dispensing of heavy-duty printing ink. -
Cased pump ranges are expanded
A new sales folder includes information on the IP20 and IP66 cased pumps range which incorporate Autoclude's Easy Tube Load pump for quick tube change. -
Pumps are protected against ingress
IP40 cased pumps cover both scientific and heavy duty industrial applications. -
Loading pumps need no tools to connect
The Easy Tube Loading Pump is for applications where the loading of the tubing into the pumphead needs to be effected quickly and simply without the use of any tools.
