Fanless 500MHz CPU on touch panel computer
A fanless 500MHz Crusoe 5400 CPU-based touch panel computer has been launched in a slim 55mm enclosure, featuring a 15" colour TFT display and a resistive touch screen user interface
Each computer has a front access USB and PS/2 design, to facilitate maintenance and access to the units.
Specifically, the ACP-1000 supports up to two 64bit PCI expansion slots and can accommodate Advantech's new Pentium 4 CPU card, making it one of the most powerful, compact 1U industrial servers available today.
The ACP-7000, at the top end of the range, is a 20-slot rack-mount chassis, and features include RAID storage supporting SAF-TE features; fully hot-swappable components including disk drives, power supply and fans; large scale data storage, supporting up to six HDDs and a server platform for web-enabled call centre, voice portal, unified messaging and voice messaging.
All of the ACP series come equipped with Advantech's SNMP-1000 HTTP/SNMP system manager, a platform-independent hardware module that monitors the system operating conditions and alerts users to take any necessary action to avert potential system failure through multiple communication protocols such as SNMP traps and email.
With SNMP-1000 installed, the management and monitoring of the ACP series can be integrated into a user's existing SNMP-based network management environment.
It also has a built-in web-based administration interface enabling users to monitor the system's operations remotely. Request a free brochure from Advantech (UK) ...
