Interpretation course draws closer

An ACM Facility Safety product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Sep 3, 2008

The PandID/Engineering Drawings Interpretation course will take place on 15 and 16 September in Calgary.

The instructor will focus on critical documentation, such as PandID, Plot Plan, Area Classification, PFD, Line List, Single Line Electrical drawings and S/D Keys essential for safe day-to-day operation of facilities.

Accurate drawings are a requirement for the analysis of emergency situations and the assessment of safety, environmental and regulatory compliance issues.

They are also prerequisites for Process Hazards Analysis/HAZOP studies.

A workshop will help demonstrate the keys to reading and interpreting various drawings.

This is the last week in which visitors can reserve a spot in the course.
