AV Technology (AVT) is experiencing an unprecedented increase in demand for its facilities management services from manufacturers.
When asked why, David Broster, AVT's Senior Facilities consultant explains: "We have been providing engineering consultancy services to UK industry since 1976".

Asset integrity and FM auditing are just two of the areas where AVT's non-biased approach can bring significant operational and cost saving benefits for the client.
This can include equipment condition surveys, maintenance planning, building integrity assessment, cost benefit analysis and regulation compliance.
In addition to providing important support to the FM process, AVT may also be contracted to audit the performance of existing FM suppliers, or to provide initial analysis prior to out sourced FM implementation.
