For the first time since Advanced Design Consulting began in 1994, the company has produced a comprehensive 82-page, full-colour product catalogue.
As an Assistant Professor in Neurobiology and Behavior at Cornell University, she conducted research and published in the fields of developmental neurobiology and neurogenetics.
As a principal investigator funded by the National Science Foundation her research focused on the functional organisation and development of the neuromuscular system in Drosophila melanogaster.
"Anne's addition to ADC's management is very important, because her experience as a patent attorney will help ADC to protect many of ADC's inventions", said Alex Deyhim, ADC's President.
"Anne's background and experience as a neurobiologist will help ADC to position itself in the area of nanobiology applications".
Dr Schneiderman earned her bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Stanford University in 1977, and she earned her doctorate in neurobiology from Harvard University in 1984.
After working at Cornell University for seven years, she earned her law degree from Stanford in 2000.
Prior to joining ADC, Dr Schneiderman was an associate attorney in the biotechnology practice group of Pennie and Edmonds, one of the world's leading intellectual property law firms.
Her patent practice focused on biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
Dr Scheiderman's experience as a patent attorney includes immunology, molecular biology, genetics, cancer biology, cell biology, developmental biology, microbiology, neurobiology and pharmacology.
