Brushless DC blowers redesigned
Microjammer variable-speed, brushless DC blowers' redesigned bearing system contributes to longer life and a rear-balancing disk significantly reduces vibration of the blower's rotating fan system.
Microjammer variable-speed, brushless DC blowers have been newly engineered for increased life, reduced vibration, and improved performance These low-voltage, 12/24V DC blowers serve ideally in a wide range of medical and industrial applications, including respiratory equipment, cooling systems, and air sampling equipment, among others

Brushless blowers use electronic drive controller
New IntelliGen variable speed brushless blowers offer the capability to customise for specific end-user requirements.
Their redesigned bearing system contributes to longer life and a rear-balancing disk significantly reduces vibration of the blower's rotating fan system.
Both features have been incorporated as standard in the 130mm blower and can be specified for blowers in 76, 84 and 114mm.
The blower designs further integrate a next-generation half-wave (unipolar) electronic controller into the motor to enable compact and improved two-wire operation.
Optional eight-wire configuration for connection to external, full wave (bipolar) electronic controllers can also be ordered.
Additional options include an FPS (frequency pulse signal) for speed tach output and a separate V+ signal wire for input power to Hall sensors to extend low-speed operation.
