Clare PLA140L OptoMOS solid state relays (SSR) from data/telecom interconnection specialists AX distribution couple load voltage ratings of 400V and load current ratings 200mA with current limiting capabilities.
Designed for use in specialised telecom applications requiring current limiting to protect from potentially damaging overcurrent conditions, the pin compatible Clare PLA140L OptoMOS SSR can be used in robust telecom applications due to its high voltage and current ratings.
Also available from AX distribution are the Clare LiteLink family of data access arrangements and Clare Cybergate data access arrangement modules.
