The Acu-Rite MillPwr CNC requires no previous CNC experience and can be used either as a full-function DRO or as a programmable CNC.

Training Services 2000 has purchased two Gate Machinery International PBM-2000 turret mills and a pair of G-330E high-speed toolroom lathes (all featuring Anilam Wizard 411 DROs) within hours of the opening of Mach.

The PBM mills offer speeds of 60 to 4,200rev/min while the G-330E lathe offers 80 to 2000 rev/min speeds.

The Wizard 411 has an LCD screen and a sealed membrane keypad, with functions for incline, arc, rectangular frame and rectangular pocket routines.

The Acu-Rite MillPwr CNC requires no previous CNC experience and can be used either as a full-function DRO or as a programmable CNC.

It handles bolt hole/PCD cycles, rectangular, circle pocket and irregular pocket milling, as well as island and boss features, spirals, ellipses, mirror images, rotation, repeat set-ups and 2/2.5D contouring.

It also provides a tool library, shrinkage scaling, a trig and geometry calculator and power editing tools.
