Redex Andantex is continuing development of its backlash-free and high-performance rack and pinion drive systems.
These servo drive systems are particularly applicable to the large travel motion axis of the big machine-tools or special machinery.
Redex Andantex's global offer includes the high quality pinions and racks (cemented, tempered and ground), as well as the high class associated servo reducers and the specific accessories allowing the build of backlash free drive systems, as required by this kind of machines.
In addition to this large product range, the DualDrive, made from the association of two servo reducers and a mechanical preload subassembly which are mounted together in a high stiffness frame, is supplied as a turnkey system.
Ease of handling and flexibility of mounting allows this solution to be used by both OEMs and end users looking to improve existing machines.
