"Axiomtek devoted to develop applied computing platform with creative ideas".
"The eBOX611 is a benchmark of digital video platform solution for system integrators", said Ray Chang, Product Manager of Axiomtek's Embedded Computing Division.
"The integration of antivibration, antishock design, extended temperature, and wide range power supply support make this DVR system a reliable solution for industrial or critical environments".
The eBOX611 can operate in wide range temperature environments from -15 to +60C.
It can tolerate can sustain 1G RMS (5-500Hz, x, y and z directions) HDD vibration and 3G CompactFlash vibration for several hours without effect, making it an ideal solution for harsh environments.
In order to support different vehicle usage, this mobile DVR system has a wide range 12V (9-27V) or 24V (18-56V) DC power supply.
The industrial grade DVR device can be bundled with embedded operating systems such as Microsoft Windows XP, Windows XP Embedded or WinCE 5.0.
Users can easily install the eBOX611 in many transportation applications, such as traffic control, parking lot, airport, school bus, police car, or truck, to provide a security, safety function and GPS/location information.
This RoHS compliant product will be available around the end of January 2007.
