Disc springs manufactured to international standard DIN 2093 are precision products produced to exacting standards.
Custom-made springs and Belleville fasteners to DIN6796, together with tongue faced flange, spring plates and combi screws are manufactured.
Spring clamps for flexible joints, including vehicle exhaust systems can also be supplied.
Products are manufactured to comply with ISO/TS 16949 and ISO9001 as well as special customer certifications where required.
Production is under strict quality management supervision ,covering a wide range of performance and control including: spring force measurements with automated data recording; monitoring systems with integrated image processing; SPC; raw material, product hardness, structure and surface audits; and durability tests.
The manufacturing technologies utilised within the plant include stamping, turning, hardening, precision grinding and surface processing.
The production equipment available includes: mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses up to 800 tonnes; turning up to 1000mm diameter; hardening, both in-mould and in-flow; precision grinding plus vibratory and centrifugal plants; and surface processing including phosphating, coating, brushing and deburring.
