Intelligent approach to pressure
measurement

The UDS7-Switch2000 intelligent pressure switch uses modern semiconductor technology to bring new levels of economy to pressure regulation and monitoring.

The UDS7-Switch2000 intelligent pressure switch uses modern semiconductor technology to bring new levels of economy to pressure regulation and monitoring The intelligent switch is easy to use, has an accuracy of +/-0.5% and is self-monitoring, and now features an analogue output allowing measured values to be transmitted for remote control and monitoring

Installation is quick and easy via a G0.25in male process connection, and all switch settings are configured via three menu keys with no need for an external pressure source.

With the permanent self-diagnostic system any sensor errors are detected and displayed immediately by an alarm signal.

All measuring and switch functions are monitored at millisecond intervals.

This makes quick changes to new measuring functions possible and, as a safety feature, the keypad can be locked to prevent unauthorised adjustments.

Available in measuring ranges from 0-10 to 0-600bar, the Switch2000 provides local pressure indication up to two switch outputs or a switch output and an analogue output.

The stainless-steel-diaphragm piezoresistive sensor makes it suitable for numerous pneumatic and hydraulic applications in the pump, compressor, power pack and machine tool industries and market sectors.

Its compact and robust metal housing meets today's industrial standards. Request a free brochure from Barksdale Control Products ...
