Clean compressed air comes with low maintenance

A Bambi Air Compressors product story

An all-new range of oil-free compressors has been developed to meet the challenges of the new generation of pneumatic equipment.

With ever more demand for ultraclean compressed air with very low maintenance, Bambi has developed its all new VT range of oil-free compressors to meet the challenges of the new generation of pneumatic equipment.

Incorporating major advances into its well proven "tilting piston" technology, Bambi reckons the all-new 0.56 to 3kW range has some very exciting features as standard.

For example, its ultralow noise levels from just 72dB(A) allow easy and convenient installation.

Internally coated air receivers protect against corrosion and contamination.

A soft-start valve prolongs pump life, and can be remotely controlled.

And coated and polished cylinder walls promise long piston ring life.

To complement the new range, Bambi has developed a revolutionary air dryer system, available on every model.

An integral multirow after-cooler and integral coalescing filter removes 99% moisture solids from the air before it enters the stainless steel drying tower.

The dewpoint is an amazing -40C, and because the air dryer is fitted between the pump and the air receiver it also eliminates the need to drain the air receiver because only dry air is stored.

Typical users are food packaging, pharmaceutical industry, laboratories, pneumatic controls, autoclaves and drink dispensing.
