B and B Electronics has enhanced its family of serial servers, so now serial data can be sent over intranets or the Internet to up to eight client locations anywhere in the world.
Joining B and B Electronics as an electrical engineer, Fahrion subsequently served as Director of Engineering and most recently as the company's Director of Marketing.
"Having directed both of these major departments at B and B Electronics, Mike Fahrion is poised to move the company forward, applying a major focus on innovative new product development", says Wiencek.
The company has a history of product leadership in industrial data communications and is now focusing its engineering efforts on wireless solutions to industrial communications challenges.
Both traditional data communications and sensor-level communications are part of the product strategy.
John Toraason has been promoted to B and B Electronics Marketing Communications Manager.
He was previously Marketing Communications Specialist.
Toraason brings a wealth of experience in both traditional direct marketing and web-based marketing, with strong database management and strategic marketing planning skills.
