Complete integrated motion control systems are now being offered by Bayside Motion Group.

Based upon the company's linear and rotary stages, with X, Y, Z and Theta axes, they provide engineers with turnkey solutions for precision motion applications, helping to provide significant time and cost savings, and assist companies that have limited design engineering resources.

Typical system applications include semiconductor assembly, inspection and testing, electronics assembly and component placement, and automated assembly equipment.

Custom-engineered by Bayside's own Systems Group, and employing the company's own stages, gearheads, gearmotors, servomotors and amplifiers, each system is designed to meet specific application requirements - speed, travel and precision accuracy - in different working environments, including ultra high vacuum.

A major feature of the systems is ensured component compatibility, with all critical components being manufactured under one roof and integrated into systems by engineers familiar with the products.

In addition, each standard product can be modified to suit specific applications.
