Bayside Motion Group's "Stealth" servo gearmotor range has been expanded to include both new frame size and ratio options to extend its potential applications, particularly in the areas of belt-drive actuators, gantry systems, conveyors and materials handling applications.

The fully integrated servomotor and precision gearhead, incorporated into a single unit, is now offered in frame sizes 60, 90, 115 and 142 with ratio options from 5:1 to 100:1.

Benefits offered by Bayside's Stealth servo gearmotor include savings in cost and space demands compared to conventional separate motor/gearhead packages.

It also eliminates all the potential problems of alignment by avoiding the use of extra couplings, shafts and bearings.

Added to these features are the high efficiency of the brushless servomotor and precision planetary gears that enable the Stealth servo gearmotor to run 20% cooler than conventional alternatives.

Further, because Bayside manufactures both the motor and planetary gears, component assembly is guaranteed.
