Nylon flights keep conveyor chains quiet

A 4B Braime Elevator Components product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Oct 5, 2007

Nylon flights for scraper conveyor chains eliminate the need for a bottom liner in the conveyor and reduce the noise of the conveyor.

4B Braime Elevator Components has developed a new range of nylon flights for scraper conveyor chains.

The flights are available in a T-shape with one fixing hole or an L-shape with either one or two fixing holes.

They are easy to install or replace, thus cutting down on installation and maintenance costs.

The nylon flights eliminate the need for a bottom liner in the conveyor, and because they are plastic, they reduce the noise of the conveyor.
