Compact servo expands up to eight axes
The AX2500 is a compact servo drive that needs only one power supply module - including axis control.
The AX2500 is a compact servo drive that needs only one power supply module - including axis control Up to seven lower-cost axis control modules are connected to the one power supply module for control of up to eight axes
The additional axes are simply plugged together using small DC bridge connectors eliminating the need for costly backplanes.
The AX2500 servo drive is fully software compatible with the existing AX2000.
The AX2500 complements Beckhoff's TwinCAT PLC and Motion PC based control software, industrial PCs, and distributed I/O which provide customers with a very open, compact, high performance and low cost control system.
