The Gemini G6 flow meter will provide flow measurement solutions wherever accurate readings are required on liquids from petrol to water.

New from Bell Flow Systems, the Gemini G6 flow meter will provide flow measurement solutions wherever accurate readings are required on liquids from petrol to water.

The oval geared design makes it extremely versatile and is possible to locate the meter virtually anywhere along the pipeline as it's not affected by turbulence or pulsations.

Also this design helps keep the wearable parts to a minimum and that should help bring servicing costs down in process plants.

It is available at the moment in aluminium or bronze this will make it compatible with a huge spectrum of processed fluids.

The G6 has a wide range of options: it can come as a blind meter with just a pulse output that is suitable for a BMS system, a mechanical display with a push button reset to an intrinsically safe semi-automated batch controller.

Gemini flow meters are renowned for being user friendly and with a rugged design across the range they will meet the match of most industrial conditions.

The G6 has 0.75in connections and a flow range of 3-60 litre/min; it can handle a wide range of viscosities from 1 to 1000cP.

All Gemini G Series flow meters come with a fully traceable calibration certificate with an accuracy of +/-0.5% which is repeatable to +/-0.03%.
