Filter helps compressors breath more
easily

The novel Clearpoint compressed air filter is designed to save compressor energy consumption, which can account for more than 80% of the total cost of a system running at or near capacity.

Beko Technologies' new Clearpoint compressed air filters have been designed to save compressor energy consumption, which can account for more than 80% of the total cost of a system running at or near capacity Clearpoint's extra airflow technology minimises pressure drop, enabling the compressor to maintain required operating pressures without energy-consuming increases in performance

As well as saving energy, the single biggest cost element in any compressor system, Clearpoint's efficiency provides optimum compressed air standards with reduced maintenance and repair costs.

The Bekomat 20 FM intelligent condensate drain fitted to the Clearpoint provides matching high performance condensate management, and its integrated lifetime monitor gives automatic advance warning when the filter is due for change.

Designed and developed by Beko Technologies, Clearpoint filters are part of a complete range of compressed air process systems for stationary and mobile applications, from industrial to medical purposes.

Clearpoint's unique curved compressed-air inlet into the filter element reduces the flow resistance by up to 75%, compared with standard right angled inlet designs.

Borosilicate filter materials provide a void volume of 96%, more than twice as efficient as conventional sintered polyethylene filters.

Filter elements are impregnated as standard to avoid both swelling in contact with moisture and inhibiting smooth airflow, a problem common with conventional filter media.

Generously dimensioned threaded connectors also ensure that there are no energy wasting constrictions to air flow.

Clearpoint filter elements do not use tie-rods, so the cross section is unencumbered, reducing flow resistance further.

The space needed to replace the element is some two-thirds less than generally required, particularly useful where space is restricted.

To counter the corrosive and aggressive nature of compressed air condensate, Clearpoint filter housings are made from seawater-resistant aluminium and anodised internally for extra protection.

Most Clearpoint specifications are available ex-stock from the company's distributors throughout the UK. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
