Kinsella has joined Beko's sales team from Martlets Air Power based in Winchester, an Atlas Copco compressed air equipment distributor, where he worked as an area sales manager responsible for supplying air products to end users and OEM accounts.
After having worked for distributors of compressed air equipment for the last 22 years, this experience has provided Kinsella with extensive knowledge of air equipment and of end user business applications, which will prove invaluable in his new management role at Beko.
Kinsella also served an engineering apprenticeship and attended a technical college to obtain a city and guilds in mechanical engineering.
"I hope to consolidate Beko's position in the market place, and introduce the extensive product range to many more distributors and end users, my aim is to expand sales through end users, OEMs and resellers in the South East region", said Kinsella.
"I think Beko is in a very good position for growth", continued Kinsella.
"The existing products are well known and respected, and with the introduction of some new exciting products, the future looks promising".
To build Kinsella's knowledge of Beko products he is provided with a comprehensive structured training package as part of his induction at the company.
This consists of a one-week product training course at Beko's head office in Neuss, Germany.
