Swann to maintain UK customer base

Beko Technologies has appointed Geoff Swann as Service Technician to be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of Beko products within the UK.

Beko Technologies has appointed Geoff Swann as Service Technician to be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of Beko products within the UK Swann will initially be based at the Beko office in Bromsgrove and will deal with customer service and maintenance requirements

The service offered will, in time, be tailored to meet the needs of the customers.

Units returned to the service department will be fully inspected, repaired or serviced and tested to meet Beko's standards.

Swann's past work experience includes maintenance fitter, electromechanical repair, servicing printing equipment, and in the later years an area sales manager for an international printing machine manufacturer.

Beko believes that Swann's varied and wide based electrical and mechanical skills and good understanding of electronics will prove invaluable in his new role.

The first serviced units are already is use.

"I hope to see my new role grow as demand increases, the importance of technical service and the customer support that it offers will become an important part of Beko's growing UK operations", continued Swann.

"I am sure that in partnership with many of our customers, a steady growth in the range of services that the technical department can offer can be achieved".

Swann's hobbies include being camping, caravanning.
