Filter elements improve flow
With Clearpoint filter elements, the cross-sectional area available for flow is more than twice as large as with standard filter materials.
The energy costs of compressed air filtration are significantly influenced by pressure drops In order to maintain the required operating pressure, the compressor performance has to be stepped up to compensate for the pressure drop

Adsorption dryers cut compressed air costs
Beko's new Drypoint AC cold-regenerated adsorption dryers help prevent corrosion, rejects or damage on the production line with reduced treatment costs and increased reliability.
This leads to higher energy consumption, greater wear on the compressors and increased costs.
Clearpoint compressed air filters from Beko equipped with original Clearpoint filter elements provide a solution to this problem.
Clearpoint elements are installed without tie-rods so that the cross-sectional area is fully available, reducing the flow resistance.
The space required for element replacement is only about one third that of other designs.
The push-fit design of the filter elements makes replacement very fast and simple.
The element is held securely in a leak tight position by an O-ring seal at the top cap and three supports at the bottom of the housing.
With a void volume of 96%, the boron silicate filter material ensures that the pressure loss is kept to a minimum.
Conventional filter material of sintered polyethylene has a void volume of 45%.
With Clearpoint filter elements, the cross-sectional area available for flow is more than twice as large.
The standard needle felt drainage layer has a higher thermo stability (up to 120C).
It is also chemically and mechanically highly resistant and free of silicone. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
