Permanent monitoring of compressed air quality makes it easy to comply with the mandatory limit values stipulated in the European Pharmacopoeia.
Adsorption dryers cut compressed air costs
Beko's new Drypoint AC cold-regenerated adsorption dryers help prevent corrosion, rejects or damage on the production line with reduced treatment costs and increased reliability.
Air contamination remover in smaller size
Beko Technologies has just introduced a new version of its Bekosplit compressed air, condensate and emulsion splitting plant, which is ideal for smaller applications and installations.
Medbac constantly monitors the content and delivery of medical compressed air.
Uninterrupted delivery is also an important factor in the supply of medical compressed air.
The high sensitivity of Medbac helps to immediately detect a malfunction, such as an increase in unacceptable gasses or a loss of flow or pressure, notifying the service provider via an alarm system.
Monitoring of the values is implemented via a microprocessor-controlled online process with integrated, permanent data storage.
Therefore, sampling and laboratory evaluations are no longer required.
The alarm values are adjustable and protected against unauthorised access by a password.
All values are displayed numerically and graphically on a TFT screen.
The exceeding of a limit value will immediately be detected by the clinic personnel, as the respective value will light up red and signalling contacts will be switched on.
The measuring unit is equipped with a web server.
The recorded signal curves can be displayed simultaneously via a PC.
The screen display has an event memory.
In addition, data archiving with automatic read-out is possible on a central server via Ethernet.
Medbac operates in a temperature range between 0 and 60C and is able to resist an operating overpressure of 16bar. Request a free brochure from Beko Technologies ...
