The recently introduced Series 926 Encoder, available in either blind or full through hollow shafts, claims to offer absolute encoder functionality at incremental encoder prices.

The recently introduced Series 926 Encoder makes it possible to utilise Absolute encoder functionality, but at Incremental Encoder prices The 926, based on the highly successful 260 hollow shaft incremental, provides a parallel 10-bit Greycode output, with an operating voltage range from 4.75V through 24V

The Push-Pull output drivers will interface with any NPN or PNP requirement.

The encoder is available in either blind or full through hollow shafts, up to 10mm Dia, and a choice of two simple fixing procedures.

The list price is just £175:00, from which some Serious OEM/Quantity discounts may be negotiated.
