Larger capacity for hydraulic motors
Eaton has introduced larger capacity versions of their hydraulic low speed high torque geroler J series motors. Eaton J-02 motors give a substantial source of rotary power in a very compact envelope.
Complete Self Feed Drilling Systems introduced
Berendsen's new self feed drill units, supplied by Compair Tools and Equipment, combine an air or electric motor with a double acting pneumatic cylinder and associated control valves in one unit.
As the HRC's pedal is moved the pressure in the pilot line increases so moving the spool in the directional valve against its spring, the movement of the spool will be proportional to the pressure applied to it.
If the directional valve is fitted with a metering spool the output flow and consequently the speed of the actuator it is operating will vary according to the spool position.
Vickers achieve precision control through their valves excellent metering capabilities, sensitivity and design flexibility that enables a designer to specify the optimum characteristics for his particular application.
The rise in pressure against pedal movement can be tailored to meet customer requirements; indeed the relationship between movement and pressure rise need not be linear.
A variety of return spring configurations are also available.
Furthermore the aluminium valve block can be modified to accommodate additional hydraulic functions, increasing the HRC's flexibility.
Vickers Foot operated HRC's are available with either twin pedal or rocker pedal options, typically these are used to operate a single double acting directional valve, depressing one pedal or rocking the pedal one way moves the spool in one direction the other reverses the direction of spool.
These foot pedals are extremely robust and have been ergonomically designed to provide greater operator comfort and therefore reduced fatigue.
Vickers HRC's are available from Berendsen PMC Limited who have a wealth of experience in most industries and their experience of a wide range of components places them in an ideal position to provide the most cost effective, efficient and reliable solutions to motion control problems.
