Larger capacity for hydraulic motors
Eaton has introduced larger capacity versions of their hydraulic low speed high torque geroler J series motors. Eaton J-02 motors give a substantial source of rotary power in a very compact envelope.
Complete Self Feed Drilling Systems introduced
Berendsen's new self feed drill units, supplied by Compair Tools and Equipment, combine an air or electric motor with a double acting pneumatic cylinder and associated control valves in one unit.
The valves can be operated by lever, solenoid, cable, pneumatic pilot or hydraulic pilot enabling the designer to select the most appropriate mechanism for his particular application.
Up to six functions can be housed in one valve block and the inlet can be fitted with electrical unloading and/or relief elements, concentrating directional control functions in a single unit reduces installation costs and the number of potential leak paths.
The spools exhibit excellent metering characteristics giving the operator precise control.
Additionally these new valves offer very low internal leakage due to tight control the body/spool clearances without sacrificing lever effort that has also been reduced.
Many of the monoblock valves components are interchangeable with Berendsen's sectional valves, saving the user spares inventory costs where both types are used at the same plant.
These new directional control valves are a development of their existing range, so users can be confident of the valves performance and reliability.
They are available in the UK from Berendsen PMC Limited who have a wealth of experience in the application of mobile hydraulic components, having a sizeable range enables them to offer equipment that can very accurately meet the requirements of their customers.
