A new range of injection moulded, hollow cone nozzles, has been introduced by Bete Ltd, the UK arm of the US nozzle giant, Bete Fog Nozzle The high performance nozzles are specifically designed for cooling, odour control, dust separation and misting applications, and are ideal for a wide range of sectors including the agriculture, retail, and industrial processing industries.

Producing an extremely fine homogeneous fog, Bete Misting Nozzles are perfectly suited to, for example, cool the atmosphere in poultry and livestock sheds, mist and cool greenhouses and storage areas, or maintain levels of freshness on supermarket fruit, vegetable and seafood displays.

The nozzles are manufactured in injection moulded polyacetal to provide outstanding wear performance - superior to brass and stainless steel - and extremely effective spraying at pressures ranging from three up to 18 Bar.

Combining very low flow rates with a high percentage of small droplets, ideal for evaporative cooling applications, Bete Misting Nozzles measure just 19mm x 12mm, while an orifice diameter of between 0.4mm and 1.0mm emits a hollow cone spray angle ranging from 80 to 110 degrees.

Colour coded for flow rate and orifice dimension, the nozzles offer a wide range of flow capabilities e.g at 10 Bar, flow rate can be specified between 4.32 to 12.5 litres per hour.

Bete Misting Nozzles are also designed with a 1/8" NPT male connection, and with optional stainless steel or sintered polymer filters.

A flanged version is also available.
