New from Bete comes an advanced, fan air nozzle, specifically designed to deliver wide, uniform distribution and high impact coverage of compressed air Providing extremely efficient operation, the nozzle is ideally suited to a wide range of applications including blow-drying, cooling, cleaning by air jets, air knifing and surface cleaning along a conveyor, in industries such as food processing, steel making, moulding, machining and casting

Quick-change nozzles designed to save time
A range of quick-change connection nozzles, specifically designed to reduce time and increase the versatility of spraying applications, has been introduced by Bete
Nozzle cuts typical replacement times by 80%-90%
A product specifically designed to cut the cost and time traditionally associated with the maintenance of nozzles used for spray drying applications is available for the first time in the UK
Featuring novel eductor-style orifices which entrain air from around the nozzle - reducing noise and maximising air flow to the spray area - the Bete Finz provides quiet, efficient and wide coverage with high-impact distribution.
Operating at up to 2dB quieter than competing designs, the flat fan, air blow-off nozzle is ideal for applications where liquids need to be removed after a process, to remove dust, dirt or burrs from products on an assembly line, to smooth out thick liquids, or to cool objects where the use of water may cause contamination.
Mounted individually, or in a series for complete high-impact coverage on a conveyor system, the Finz is manufactured in hard-wearing Ryton or ABS plastic Ryton.
Operating in temperatures up to 149C at 3bar (ABS version rated to 70C at 7bar) the nozzle delivers air flow rates of 7 to 65Nm3/h at 0.7 to 6bar.
With a moulded 0.25in male connection to fit either NPT or BSP threads, the Finz complies with US OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations for noise and deadhead pressure should the nozzle accidentally be placed on a flat surface during operation.
No matter how advanced the application, the nozzle can be used to retrofit existing configurations for specific customer requirements.
