Quick-change nozzles designed to save time
A range of quick-change connection nozzles, specifically designed to reduce time and increase the versatility of spraying applications, has been introduced by Bete
Nozzle cuts typical replacement times by 80%-90%
A product specifically designed to cut the cost and time traditionally associated with the maintenance of nozzles used for spray drying applications is available for the first time in the UK
As part of Bete's programme to further raise levels of customer service and support, the Dur O Lok range is now held in high-volume at Bete's distribution warehouse in Lewes, East Sussex.
Far lighter and less bulky than traditional flange-style connectors, the Dur O Lok range has already proved highly successful within the oil and gas industries, while its unique threadless, boltless, design is ideally suited to a wide range of pipe connecting applications.
Designed to replace ANSI series 150-2500 flanges, the compact Dur O Lok range reduces space requirements (length and diameter) by up to 50%.
60-90% lighter than traditional flange connectors, the couplings also contain fewer parts and are incredibly simple and easy to use - saving at least 10min on the time it typically takes to make or break each connection.
Specifically designed to eliminate flow disturbances, the Dur O Lok range features a smooth interior bore and full-port inside diameter to allow unrestricted flow with no pressure drop.
The pipe seal is also self-energising - the sealing force increases with pressure - which significantly reduces the chance of leaks, Thermally stable to minimise the effect of thermal expansion on sealing, and tolerant of very rapid changes in internal or external temperatures, the range has no interference fits or metal-to-metal seals, so is extremely reliable and far less susceptible to damage.
